1General Terms

This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between ba999 and the registered members of this platform. Using the platform through the ba999 website, mobile app, or any other channel means you have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these terms.

2Account Registration

To join ba999, each person must create a personal account with accurate information. The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be completely true and correct. Opening an account with false or misleading information is prohibited, and ba999 reserves the right to cancel any such account at any time.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited. It is mandatory to obtain permission from the support team before opening a new account after a previous one has been closed.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing or giving this information to anyone else is prohibited. Notify the ba999 support team immediately if any unauthorised activity occurs on your account. ba999 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party use.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. No account may be sold, gifted, or transferred in any other way. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be permanently closed.

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

To participate in any casino or betting activity on ba999, you must be 21 years of age or older. Your date of birth must be entered correctly at registration. ba999 may at any time request official documents for age and identity verification — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

If documents are not submitted within the specified time after a request, the account may be temporarily suspended. If an account is found to have been created by someone under the age of 21, it will be closed at any time and all transactions will be considered void.

3.1 KYC Process

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is carried out to ensure secure transactions. ba999 may make identity verification mandatory before a significant withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on an account. This process is also important for the protection of the member.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

ba999 currently supports three mobile banking methods for depositing and withdrawing funds: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is completed through fully secure, encrypted channels.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. Deposits below this limit are not accepted and will be automatically rejected.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, the verification process or other reasons may cause it to take somewhat longer.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing. If a withdrawal is made before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be cancelled but the original deposit amount will remain withdrawable. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile number registered and verified on the account.

5Bonus and Promotion Policy

ba999 runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read and understood in full before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To make this bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 — must be completed.

5.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

In the ba999 weekly reload festival, a 30% bonus — up to a maximum of ৳5,000 — is available once per week on any working day when a minimum deposit of ৳200 is made. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable to one specific account only — claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• No withdrawal from the bonus balance may be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the terms of any bonus are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be considered void.
• ba999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus is never direct cash; it only becomes withdrawable once wagering has been completed.

5.4 VIP Cashback Benefits

ba999's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games on ba999 is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. All games must be played in accordance with the rules and instructions of the software running each game.

6.1 Betting Rules

The minimum and maximum bet limits set for each game must be observed. If a transaction or game session is cancelled due to a technical error, ba999 reserves the right to refund the bet for that specific round.

6.2 Technical Error Policy

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, ba999 may void that round. In such cases, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. Claims for abnormal winnings arising from errors will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result of each event will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, settlement will be carried out according to ba999's applicable rules. For multi bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to win.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba999. Violating these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1. Abusing the bonus system or gaining unfair advantage through manipulation.
2. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
3. Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
6. Attempting to introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into ba999's systems.
7. Creating or operating an account using a false identity or through fraud.
8. Playing games with a third party's funds or managing an account on behalf of someone else.

Under ba999's Responsible Gaming Policy, if addictive behaviour is identified, ba999 may impose restrictions on the account on its own initiative. This is a proactive step taken for the protection of the member.

8Account Suspension and Closure

ba999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of the terms and conditions.
• If a request for identity verification goes unanswered.
• If an investigation is required due to suspicious or unusual transactions.
• On the order of a court or government authority.
• Where a member voluntarily requests closure of their own account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the ba999 support team. The verified balance will be returned to the associated mobile banking number before the account is closed, but all bonus balances will be cancelled.

8.2 Self-Restriction

9Limitation of Liability

ba999 strives to keep its platform uninterrupted and error-free, but is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For any error on the part of a third-party service provider (game developer, payment gateway).
• For temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues.
• If account information is leaked or stolen due to the member's own negligence.
